Dear Sai Devotees Pranamums,
Let us all celebrate Sri Shirdi Sai Baba Bhajana this second week of August on 13th, 2011. Year/ Samvatsaram - Sri Khara Namasamvatsaram, Aayanam - Dakshinayana, Month/ Masam - Shravana, Paksham -Sukla, Thidhi - Poornima, Nakshatram- Dhanishta, Varam-Saturday. Sai Bhajana starts at 6:00 PM in all places except in Federal Way, Wa where Sai Bhajana follows Sri Sai Baba Satcharitha Parayanam .
Bhajana Proceedings: Sai Bhajana will begin with Sai Satcharitha Parayana (one chapter) followed by recitation of Prarthana Slokas, 3 minutes of Meditation, Siddi Vinayaka Ashtothram, Shirdi Sai Baba Ashtothram, Sai Vachanalu (11 sayings of Baba), Sai Mahimana Stotram, Prasada Nivedanam- offering Naivedhyam/Prasadam , Shej Arthi, Bhajana Songs and bhajana will be concluded with Mangala Arthi. After Bhajana Maha Prasadam will be served to all the devotees.
Prasadam: Guru garu prayed to "Sachidananda Sadguru Sri Sai Baba" regarding the Divine Prasadam that is to be offered to "Parabrahma Sri Sainath Maharaj" at the time of Bhajana Sri Sai Baba asked for " Boorelu ( Dosa Batter-urad dal & rice, Senagapappu/Channa Dal, Jaggary) and Vangi Bath (Rice, Brinjals /Eggplants & Spices) ". These will be made by the host couple at the time of Bhajana.
